Complaints

At Solomons Windows & Doors, we take our customers very seriously, and when a customer complains, we try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

 

We have steps for dealing with complaints and try to point our customers in the right direction.

 

We aim to resolve a complaint within 5 days.

Once we receive your complaint, we will investigate it and inform the customer of the solution.

The steps of a complaint

 

  • When we receive a complaint, the office will be aware of it and investigate it within the working day.

  • The office will keep the customer informed of the current situation.

  • 1-5 days after the complaint, we shall have a solution for the problem.

  • Depending on the actual problem, some can take longer than others. We act on our side to resolve them as best we can (waiting for parts, rescheduling delivery, or arranging a window fitter).

  • Once the complaint has been resolved, we shall close the complaint.
