We have a 30-day refund and return policy. You are not eligible for a refund or exchange if it has been passed over 30 days. To get a full refund or return, the product must be in the exact condition as you received the goods. Brand new in its original packaging.
If you have received a defective product, we shall give you a few options to resolve the problem. This may be a repair kit, a product exchange, or a partial refund. The customer must have a key reason why the product has come across as a defect. When the customer receives something that may be defective, the customer should only contact us to resolve the problem. If the customer decides to solve the problem from a third-party company, we are not responsible for the actions.
When customers believe that they received a defective product, we request that they observe the door and try to identify the problem. Sometimes, poor installation or other issues not related to our company may have affected your product. If this is the case, the company will not be held responsible for the problem.
For the customers to avoid disappointment, please make sure to examine the product when it arrives. You can identify a problem immediately and inform us on 0133 5177888.
Also, we advise against installing the doors on the delivery date, as sometimes couriers may delay delivery for another day, or a product may be damaged by handling. We will not be responsible for any third-party company charges for installation fees or rescheduling installation fees on the door.
Please use professionals when installing our products. If they are not professionally installed, they will cause problems. The customer will be responsible for re-fitting the products and paying the fees. Please get in touch with our team if you believe the installation has gone wrong.
